PDF Workspace
Package a slide deck as a PDF anyone can open.
No files yet — add PPT, PPTX files on the left and they’ll appear here.
Not everyone has PowerPoint, and not everyone should need it just to view your slides. PPT to PDF converts a presentation into a PDF that opens identically on any device, preserving your slide layout, fonts, and images exactly as designed — perfect for sending a deck to a client who just needs to read it, or archiving a finished presentation without worrying about font substitution issues down the line.
| In PowerPoint | In the PDF |
|---|---|
| Slide layout, fonts and images | Kept exactly — one slide per page |
| Animations and transitions | Not included; each slide appears at rest |
| Speaker notes | Not included by default |
| Embedded video | Placeholder image only |
| .ppt and .pptx | Both accepted |
.pptx and .ppt files are both supported.
Every slide is rendered exactly as designed.
One slide per page, ready to view anywhere.
Handout layouts, daily limits and speaker notes.
