PDF Workspace
Turn a spreadsheet into a shareable, print-ready PDF.
No files yet — add XLS, XLSX files on the left and they’ll appear here.
A spreadsheet full of live formulas is not what you want to hand someone outside your team — a clean, fixed PDF is. Excel to PDF converts your .xlsx file into a polished, print-ready document, preserving your column widths, formatting, and charts so it reads the way you intended rather than reflowing awkwardly across pages. It is the step between "finished the analysis" and "sent the report."
| In Excel | In the PDF |
|---|---|
| Charts, colors, column formatting | Preserved |
| Formulas | Calculated values only |
| Wide sheets | Scaled or split across pages to stay readable |
| Multiple sheets | Every sheet converts, as pages or separate files |
| .xls and .xlsx | Both accepted |
.xlsx and .xls files are both supported.
Formatting, charts, and layout are preserved automatically.
A clean, shareable version of your data.
Daily limits, multi-sheet workbooks and wide sheets.
